Bellevue Bathroom

Bellevue Unit Remodel Project. We removed the tub, replacing it with a full shower in the back area, as well as relocating the toilet. We used black and white marble floor tiles in a basket weave pattern, with black ceramic tiles for baseboards and the shower curb.

Orange St. Building Rehab

This building rehab project was one of our favorite projects, bringing this vacant four-unit building back to life from the ground up. These before and after pictures show the excellent work we did in the kitchen. The marble counter tops are black and vintage-style, while the vintage-style back-splash has complementary black and white glass.

Bellevue Kitchen

Bellevue Unit Remodel Project. We used marble counter tops with vintage-style tile floors to complete the look.

Howe St. Unit Remodel Project

Before and after photos of the living room area from the kitchen island vantage point. These old oak floors were found under the carpet. Huge score!

42nd St. Bathroom Project

The plan for this project was to re-locate all plumbing with a new tub in back area of the bathroom.  After the bathroom demo, we discovered dry rot damage to the floor and wall in the tub location. Our talented guys were able to re-build this entire area for proper support and finish as needed. As seen in the after picture, the old tub has now been replaced with a new dark vanity/vintage-style quartz top. We used classic black and white tiles with some satin gold cabinet pulls as accents.
